Practical help at either end of your storage stay
Storage can bridge the gap between moving dates, free up space during work at home or keep belongings together while your plans change. We handle the move to or from your chosen facility, planning the loading, transport and unloading with you.
Moving into storage
Tell us what needs moving and which facility you have booked. Check its opening hours, unloading arrangements, lift access and any booking requirements before agreeing the move date. Clear labels and a simple inventory help you keep track of what has gone into the unit.
Collecting your belongings again
When you are ready, we can collect from the facility and deliver to your home. Let us know the unit location, access arrangements and whether anyone needs to be present to let us in. We also need details of parking, stairs and access at the delivery address.
Packing and furniture help
Ask about packing help and dismantling suitable furniture before the move. If your belongings are travelling further afield, we can also discuss a long-distance move.
Your storage facility, our moving team
This service covers moving belongings to and from storage facilities. The storage unit, rental agreement, facility rules and insurance during storage are arranged separately with your storage provider. Tell us about any restrictions on the items they accept.

Do you provide the storage unit?
Our service is the collection and delivery of your belongings. You arrange the unit, storage agreement and any storage insurance with your chosen facility. We can then discuss the moving arrangements with you.
Can you collect from storage when I am ready to move in?
Yes. Send us the facility address, unit access details, your delivery address and preferred date. We will confirm availability and agree the collection and delivery arrangements.
What should I check with the storage facility?
Confirm opening hours, vehicle and unloading access, lift availability, any move-in appointment and who must be present. Check prohibited items and insurance requirements directly with the facility.
